Common reasons include:
Your name doesn't match your ID exactly. This can happen when a name is spelt differently, for example when it's transliterated from Arabic.
The address on your proof of address doesn't match the address in your application.
Your ID has expired, or doesn't show your full name, photo, date of birth, ID number and expiry date.
The image isn't clear, or doesn't show all four corners of the document.
Your proof of address is more than 3 months old, or is a type we can't accept, such as a mobile phone bill, a TV licence or a PO Box address.
