Why was my order rejected?

Why an order may not go through

We may decline an order in situations including these:

  • You don't have enough free margin or cleared funds to cover the order and its charges.

  • The market for that instrument is closed.

  • The order size or price can't be accepted, for example because it's too small or too large.

  • Markets are in abnormal conditions, or the price quote is wrong.

  • Your internet connection is disrupted.

  • The order is unclear or missing details.

What to do:

  1. Check your free margin in MT5.

  2. Check that the market is open.

  3. Check the order size and price, then try again.

If the problem continues, contact us.
