get set up, including your documents and first deposit
with questions about your account, payments and the platform
follow up requests, such as withdrawals
Your account manager can't give you investment advice or tell you what to trade.
Your account manager will have emailed you to introduce themselves, with their contact details. Check your inbox, including your spam folder. Account managers are available 8am to 6pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
